Join us for a spring walk through Tekakwitha Forest Preserve and learn about the art of Shinrin Yoko (aka forest bathing). This practice originates from Japan and has so many health benefits.

Please dress accordingly. We will walk even in a bit of rain.

We will be joined by a Naturalist to teach us about local birds along our walk. A portion of the proceeds will go to the Forest Preserve to support more events like this.

Join Dr A for a walk through the gorgeous LeRoy Oaks Forest Preserve in St Charles and learn about the de-stressing art of Forest Bathing. This practice originates from Japan an has so many health benefits. Please dress accordingly and bring something warm to sip. We plan to walk sun or shine. We will be joined by a Naturalist so donations to the forest preserve are highly encouraged.

Join Dr. Agi Wrobel and Katy Carlson for this fun foraging event at Bliss Woods Forest Preserve in Sugar Grove, IL.
We will enjoy a beautiful hike as Dr. Agi provides educational and practical application information about local plant life. Please note: we will not be gathering anything from the Preserve. This is strictly for educational purposes only. This educational hike will also be the perfect place for our heart opening Cacao Ceremony and Shamanic Meditation. This ancient process will be a grounding and heart healing experience.

Please note: we will not be gathering anything from the Preserve. We will end the walk in a peaceful, secluded area of the park for a forest bath.
